After the AC-DC adpter is plug in,it can supply the 3.3V to EC.

Welcome, friend from Pakistan.
The mainboard can supply 3.3V for EC , if the AC adater for notebook is plug in.
By the way ,those fly lines are too long!

sir i under stand that ,,mainboard give supply 3.3v for ec with adaptor,and i can short the fly lines,,but my red wire who comes from programer ,,where i solder that wire for 3.3v,my ec is kb9022,,

The programmer does not need to take the red line for 3.3V.
It is using USB power supply.

The board do not need to connect this wire for 3.3V.
EDI_CS /KSI4 59
EDI_CLK/KSI5 60
EDI_DIN/KSI6 61
EDI_DO/KSI7 62
TP_PLL_Lock/KSO3 42 conect to GND,then to RT809F's GND.

Only 5 lines.
