I have 10 monitor with this fault.

You can fill the data buffer with 'FF',and program the '24C08' EEPROM.

Hi Daniel,

Can i help you? Can you let me know what's your samsung lcd monitor problem? Actually the SE1059 chipset not included firmware inside, all firmware was store in the W25X40 flash memory. The 24C08 eeprom is using to save customer and OSD Menu setting data only. If you suspect the 24C08 have something wrong, you can using the programmer save their original data first, and then erase it until the 24C08 empty. If your programmer can't erase it, then you can try to fill all the section as "FF". Hope this helps!

Hi, thank for reply, I try to use these tools to program the flash w25x40 spipgmw.exe DOS ( http://rayer.g6.cz/elektro/spipgm.htm) , monitor failure is corrupted the flash only

RTD2483RD内部没有程序，程序保存在外接的25系列SPI闪存里面，可以在线读写。

季总20141010版的在线读25的可以写入校验不了用20140818的就可以校验成功

你重新下载20141010版本再安装，肯定OK.
