复制NAND有一个重要的原则:母片只能读取不要写入!
请准备多个相同型号的NAND芯片,分别写入测试,有个别字节校验不一致,并不影响使用。焊接NAND后一定要清洗烘干,很多问题是焊接、清洗造成的。
