I'm having trouble reading the W25Q128JV Chip, by using a test clamp, it usually works fine for me on other old Epson boards, but newer Epson boards like L3110, L3160, L4160, L6171, WF2860, XP4105.
It throws me an error, saying that the Chip ID does not match, even though I have already added the chip code manually, if I omit said error; Still the same problem, I proceed to read but the information in the buffer is empty.
I attach photos of my case.

THE QUESTION IS, DO I NEED THE 12V. FOR THE RT809H PROGRAMMER ????
