TCL L40D2730A Software Flash error

Kind attention Respected Forum Members,

I am facing a problem while flashing software in TCL L40D2730A. When I try to write or Read using RT809F, It gives an error saying, ''Unable to detect memory chip part number, please power off circuit board, after that power it on and operate again." Kindly help me to resolve this problem. Pictures and snapshots of Motherboard and RT809F Software are attached in the post below.
