Sony KLV-32bx350 LCD TV Black & White Picture

Hye Friends, I have a strange problem in Sony KLV-32bx350 LCD tv. It shows Black & White Picture. But when I use picture in picture mode, it shows colored picture. I have tried to solve this option by resetting it. I reset this LCD by main menu option and in Factory Control option as well. I think it is a software problem. Kindly provide me firmware for this LCD TV. Any help in this regard will be highly appretiated.
Kindly help me by providing firmware for KLV-32bx350 LCD tv.
