dvd identification help

Guys since i`m very new here i have managed to download the firmware from the pan site DVD BUT have a problem Identifying the Different EEPROMs ..please numbers SHOULD EXPLAIN Which Correspond to Me (the mcu ic Printed or the number on the board JPEG)
When i want to write the EEPROM ... i have Uploaded a Picture of a DVD for you to See and Advise
