Why is ISP reading not verifying TP.MS3553T.PB708.

Can you help me understand why after reading and saving data, if i try tro verify the same data i get error (Using VGA ISP). If i unweld the flash ic and read it using adaptor it verifies its saved contents, but still fails to verify the ISP saved data.(RT809h)
