Today I have buy your RT809H device programmer. But I use only Linux-like operational systems. I have a Ubuntu 18.04. I know that in China Ubuntu Kylin OS distributed also. I have a Ubuntu, it's a same thing
Device shell runs properly, I see all windows, menus. Music plays. But! Program shell does not see a programmer! In window on down-right border message appears: "Programmer is not connected".

I see is than some with USB driver. But my system see a programmer, there is a command in linux: lsusb, that list all USB devices connected to computer.
In my case lsusb print string:

We see a some 'ftdi_sio' device connected with Device 9 via USB2 connection

How to chain this Device 9 to program? Why I can't set port manually in program shell?

p.s. Programmer app runs via WINE. I have installed all Microsoft Visual C++ (via winecfg). Programmer shell application - runs!

shirleyhuang! Deal in drivers only! Program shell is working.

Drivers located in DRIVERS subfolder. There are ftdibus.inf and ftdiport.inf command files. These files make copy driver files from amd64 (or i386) subfolder to windows
There are FTDI driver files. See next link  h t t p s :// www . ftdichip . com / Support/Documents/ InstallGuides . htm (I have can't allowed to insert links)
There are a manual for Linux drivers
Yesterday I was made all that described in manual, but programmer does not see in Linux.
I coose a 'USB Firmware repair' options in menu. On Windows this point works fine, but in Linux i see a message 'USB interface for firmware restoration fails!'
Therefore problem with that I can't point Device 9 (in my OS) in USB list is a programmer. I can't set this manually some in program shell and config file
What can do?

I have the same issue using Ubuntu where USB is not recognize by programmer. Anyone could help?
