sony klv 40r352c panel problem have backlight and sound

Starts up normal, with bright SONY logo. In about 1 second Then the screen is black without any picture.there is a backlight and sound, no image,
at the test points of the T-CON
there is ok
VIN = 12V
VCC = 1.8V
VCC = 1.2V
Confuses, there is voltage only have one second
HAVDD = 8.5V
HVIN = 12V
AVDD = 17V
VONE = 28V
VOFF = -10V
I hope some experienced tech here can offer some advice.
