K9GAG08U0E-SCB0 problems with RT809H

Hello,I've recently buyed 5 brand new samsung NANDs mod. K9GAG08U0E-SCB0 to fix some samsung D5500 boards. My RT809H detects that there are some bad blocks (and that's normal). Programmed all of them with "Skip BB and Data Realign" algorithm and only 2 of them worked well. The other 3 reboot while searching new channels. I'll attach my logs.
Of course my dump is 100% working and written on these 5. How can I solve it?

1st                                                                        OK

Do I need to buy only perfect memories (with 0BB)? If so, what's the use of "Skip BB and data realignment" algorithm?
