RT809H + BGA156 v2.2 dont read Sandisk SDIN2C2-2G

Hi, I bought the programmer rt809H and the emmc adapter (bga169-bga153) v2.2.
But I am trying to read a sandisk memory and cannot read anything.
Sandisk SDIN2C2-2G
The placement is correct, the solder pins clean.
I have also tried an adapter from another box, which has the emmc soldered correctly and I have connected it to the RT809H through the isp port (gnd, vcc, vccq, d0, clk and cmd) and cannot read anything either. The box reads the memory correctly.
Is it possible to add this memory?
