My Toshiba TV Model IS 32L5400ZE. At The TV IS the Showing A POP up the Message Reading "the USB over Current Status Detected. Please the Remove All the USB Devices from of He TV, and restart at The TV by Removing at The AC Power."
But the this IS Hardware problem, the I Removed USB switching IC. For this IC input 5V. Is OK, NO 5V. Output. How to solve this error message?
PLEASE HELP ME I have original (manufacturer) software, how to install to this board?

I have one tv same problem like yours, may be need to solve usb 5v first.
