Programming of PIC18F2550

Hello.
    I am sorry to bother You, but maybe You can see what is the      problem that I am unable to understand. Unfortunately I am not      very familiar with PIC microcontrollers.
    I tried to program the pic18f2550 with RT809H programmer but the      verification fails. When I compare the written file with the original hex      file, they doesn´t match.
    An incorrectly set configuration word can cause such a problem?      And if that´s the case what should the configuration word be?
